Ingredients

  • 300g pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and mushrooms and sauté until mushrooms soften (about 5 minutes).
