Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (optional)

Instructions
