Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice off the tops of the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a skillet, sauté ground turkey with onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in cooked rice and half of the marinara sauce, if using.
- Stuff the peppers with the turkey-spinach mixture.
